  1. STUDENT will book appointments online (click here). Once the appointment is requested, we will send STUDENT an email within 72 hours to confirm such appointment.
  2. Each course is money-back guaranteed. If STUDENT is not entirely satisfied with the purchase, we allow 90 days to request a refund from the date the coaching begins. Aralín World LLC will initiate a refund to STUDENT's credit card (or original method of payment). STUDENT will receive the credit within 5 to 14 days, depending on his/her card issuer's policy.
  3. STUDENT will reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of his/her appointment or he/she may be charged a cancellation fee.
